Jay Rock's 'WIN' Rules Top TV Songs Chart for August 2018

Plus, four songs from "Insecure" debut.

Jay Rock's hit "WIN" rules The Hollywood Reporter's Top TV Songs chart, powered by Tunefind and Shazam, for August, thanks to its appearance in Ballers ' season 4 opener on Aug. 12.

Rankings for the Top TV Songs chart are based on song and show data provided by Tunefind and ranked using a formula blending respective Shazam tags, as well as sales and streaming information tracked by Nielsen Music during the corresponding period.

"WIN," which reached No. 16 on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Songs airplay chart (dated Aug. 4), leads all songs with 82,000 Shazam tags, 16.4 million U.S. streams and 9,000 downloads sold in August, according to Nielsen Music.

Just below "WIN," four tracks from HBO's Insecure debut on the Top TV Songs chart, led by Valee's "Womp Womp," featuring Jeremih, at No. 2. The track, which reached No. 36 on Rhythmic Songs last month, opens with 42,000 Shazam tags, 6.6 million U.S. streams and 2,000 downloads sold.

Among other Insecure entries, Cautious Clay's "Cold War" stands at No. 3, Anna Wise & Xavier Omär's "Easy" opens at No. 4, and Radiant Children's "Life's A Bitch" hits No. 9.
